If you are an electrician or a residential handyman, this Greenlee TK-30 basic electrical kit has all the measuring tools you need. It is a must for every contractor's tool box. The TK-30 basic electrical kit is perfect for doing simple electrical projects or remodeling your house. It includes most of the tools needed to change an electrical outlet or test the strength of a battery. The three core tools included in the kit are the DM-20 manual ranging multimeter, the GT-10 polarity cube, and the GT-11 non-contact voltage detector.

The handy tool provides AC/DC voltage and DC amperage measurement, resistance measurement, and audible continuity and diode tests. GT-11 Non-Contact Voltage Detector

GT-11 voltage detector safely measures AC voltage without touching the bare conductor.

The TK-30 basic electrical kit also includes a non-contact voltage detector, which makes it safe and easy to detect voltage in outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, wires, and cables--or to find a break in a wire. GT-10 Polarity Cube

GT-10 polarity tester troubleshoots a problem in a 120 volt AC grounded outlet.

To round out the set, the TK-30 basic electrical kit comes with a GT-10 polarity cube, which makes it possible to quickly troubleshoot 120-volt AC grounded outlets. Simply plug the three-pronged polarity tester into the grounded outlet and it takes care of the rest. The unit features a light sequence that indicates whether the outlet's wiring is correct or incorrect.

The manual-ranging EX411 measures AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, diode, and continuity, all with +/-0.5 percent basic accuracy. The unit has low current capability, measuring down to 0.1uA, and features input fuse protection and mis-connection warnings. A Type K thermometer is built in for surface or air temperature measurements.

True RMS Prevents Distortion from Electronic Devices
